A graduate of Airport High School, Erica went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Madonna University and has been serving clients in the insurance industry since 2012. After years of experience, she decided to open her own office when she realized the true value of honesty, trust, and personal relationships in insurance. Erica built Lake Insurance Agency around the belief that clients deserve to feel like more than policy numbers — they deserve to feel supported, understood, and cared for.

As a licensed insurance professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Robin takes great pride in taking care of clients, answering questions, and helping ensure every customer feels supported and confident.

She is also our credit card processing specialist in the office and is happy to assist clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Known for her helpful nature and warm personality, Robin truly enjoys connecting with people and making their day just a little brighter.

Outside of work, Robin is a proud mom of four, a loving wife, and an energetic grandma. She loves baking, spending time with family, and making people smile wherever she goes.
